Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Authors Insight, we value our authors and strive to provide the best services. However, we understand that circumstances may change. Below are the conditions for service cancellation and refunds:
Refund Eligibility:
If you cancel your service within 24 to 72 hours (3 business days) of signing up, you are eligible for a 100% refund, minus any transaction fees or expenses incurred during that time.
After 3 business days, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Non-Refundable Situations:
If you have already approved your demo website, acquired a domain and hosting, or if the service has been fully completed.
If you request a refund based on services that were never claimed, not listed on our website, or not promised in our agreement.
If a dispute or chargeback is filed despite agreeing to this policy, a damage fee starting at $200 will apply. The final amount will depend on the severity of the dispute.
How to Request a Cancellation or Refund:
All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing.
If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue.
If you still wish to cancel, send a written request with your contact details and reason for cancellation via email.
We recommend following up with a phone call to ensure your request has been received.
Refund Processing:
Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and returned to your original payment method.
