Service Delivery & Scope:

Each service package outlines a specific scope of work, deliverables, and estimated delivery timelines (typically ranging from 1 to 4 weeks depending on the selected package).

Clients receive clear details on what is included prior to project commencement.

Refund Eligibility & Window:

Because our services involve customized digital consultation, marketing setup, and dedicated professional labor, refund requests must be made while work is in its early stages.

Clients are eligible to request a full or partial refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that the core deliverables and final services have not yet been fully rendered or completed.

Once services have been fully performed or completed, refunds are no longer applicable.

Non-Refundable Situations:

If the project has been fully completed and delivered as agreed.

If a request is made for services, add-ons, or third-party costs that were explicitly excluded or not part of the agreed package.
